You are not authorized to install or use any Software unless you first agree to the License Agreement terms. All rights, title, and interest to the Software not expressly granted are reserved.

Password Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any password(s) you are given to access the Site, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password(s). You agree to notify Brisebox immediately of any unauthorized use of your password(s).

Brisebox makes no representations or warranties about the information or other materials published on this site for any purpose and all information or other materials provided on this site are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. Any fee rate based on your country and any other fees that you will be charged for that transaction will be disclosed. A user must comply with the 10 min. purchase cost and 2,000 max. pitch total when dealing with Queues®. Purchase cost and pitch total may vary based on your country. Queues ready for use are available to host within 24hrs, or when it is ended by the user. Credits is expected to be used within the expiration date. If resolutions in your favor have been resolved, transaction account may be re-credited. Brisebox hereby disclaims all warranties with regard to the content of this site, including any warranties of Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. Additionally, Brisebox makes no warranty that: (1) the information provided on this site is accurate or reliable; (2) this site and its content will meet your requirements; (3) this site will not experience uninterrupted service; (4) this site does not contain errors; or (5) this site is secure from third parties.
You must be at least 13 years old and reside in the territories according to our terms to make a free account. When you make purchase transactions through Brisebox, we will disclose any fee rate based on your country and any other fees that you will be charged for that transaction. The fee rate includes a spread that Brisebox and our service providers earn on certain transactions. Brisebox does not make any recommendations regarding your use of shared payments. Consider seeking advice from your financial and tax advisor. All custody and transacting of payments is performed for Brisebox by its licensed service provider, PayPal. Ability to use money sent to you for Brisebox payments to other users or authorized merchants is subject to Brisebox verifying your required identifying information, and obtain cashback subject to having a participating credit card issuer learn more. Sharing payments in Brisebox is regulated in many states, including the State of California. Brisebox is licensed to engage in virtual card business activity by the Ohio state-chartered financial institutions' literacy education program. Holding or sharing payments with Brisebox is not available where prohibited by law. Sharing of Data to Third Parties

When you register for a Brisebox account you are required to provide certain personal information (the “Personal Data”), such as your name, and email address, and telephone number, as well as other information that you voluntarily choose to add to your account profile, like a profile photo. If you choose to register for an account utilizing your credentials from a third party service (such as Google or Facebook), then your name and email address will be provided to us as permitted by your profile settings within that third party services.
With your consent we may share your data with Third Party Service Providers for either validation or security purpose. If you are receiving a card, you will also be required to provide personal information, such as address and zipcode details (collected by our payment service provider), and Single Sign On (SSO) SAML 2.0 credentials. We will inform you, when requesting your Personal Data, if certain data must be provided or if it is optional.

Data & Usage

We use information about you and the way in which you use the Services to verify and authenticate accounts and activity, monitor for suspicious or fraudulent activity and identify violations of our Services policies. In order to provide you with the Service and operate our business effectively, we may need to share your Personal Data with certain third parties and service providers.
